Giving Hope Through Research
The Bethlehem Griffiths Research Foundation funds vital research into neurological disorders and palliative care. Every year there are many more research applications than the Foundation can fund. You can help our top scientists in Victoria's leading research institutes find better cures and treatments by donating today. All donations are tax deductible.
The Foundation receives most of its funding from the estate of the late Glen W.A Griffiths. In 2004, it received a substantial bequest from the estate of the late Margaret Ann Day. Miss Day had a distinguished career in community health and infant welfare nursing before losing her battle with Motor Neuron Disease in 2003. Miss Day specified that her gift should go towards research which has neurological disease as its focus. In 2005, the inaugural Margaret Ann Day scholarship was awarded to research into Parkinson's Disease.
